The Directorate of Corporate Operations is responsible for overseeing the Authority’s corporate activities, infrastructural management, international engagements, and administrative governance. The directorate coordinates the implementation of major state-owned sports infrastructure projects, including rehabilitation and maintenance of stadiums, sports complexes, and related facilities under the NSA’s portfolio.

The directorate also coordinates the Authority’s international engagements and official delegations by liaising with foreign embassies, development partners, international sporting bodies, and relevant institutions to facilitate cooperation and representation on matters relating to sports development.

In addition, the directorate manages corporate and administrative processes of the Authority, including contractual execution, inter-agency coordination, and institutional agreements, while ensuring that government-approved budgetary allocations are effectively aligned with the operational priorities of the NSA. Through these functions, the directorate promotes accountability, efficiency, transparency, and the sustainable growth of sports in Sierra Leone.
